Yoga and Meditation Seminar „The inner Path of Yoga“ 2027
Explore the inner limbs of the yogic path – mantra, asana, pranayama, mudra, and bandha – as your practice gradually deepens toward pratyahara and a natural glimpse of dharana.
24th / 25th of April 2027 | Swami Vedantananda | CHF 250 (studio) / CHF 170 (online) early bird
What do you learn in this seminar?
Throughout the weekend, we explore the inner limbs of the yogic path. We move through mantra, asana, and pranayama, as well as mudras and bandhas. As the practice gradually deepens into pratyahara, there may arise a natural glimpse of dharana. These subtle practices support the gradual withdrawal of the mind, opening a space for inner clarity and stillness.
